Vending machine supplier

I dropped my Saeco coffee machine off on Tuesday 3rd November & I hadn't heard a thing from them on Friday 13th. I was initially told to allow 5-7 days & to not hear from them after 9 day is very disappointing.I phoned them today & there receptionist said she would get them to call me in 10 minutes & you guessed it I needed to phone them back 2 hours later to only get told we are very busy & your machine is one job away for getting started. So if you can get a more professional business to deal with then go there this mob is embarrassing & even though I originally bought this machine off them I want be ever returning my business again!

Freshboost have been an outstanding company to communicate with. They have provided a coffee machine which creates coffee loved by all our staff. Problems are dealt with as soon as possible and they are always happy to provide the best solution for us.

WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECIEVEDDId the hard sell for us to move to their company. Told us to remove our current machine ASAP which then resulted in 6 weeks without a machine on the premises. Then another 2 weeks to get the machine stocked. Then two weeks later we received an email saying our contractor wasnt happy with sales so wont be servicing our machine anymore. The machine was then emptied without us knowing - i dont even know how they got into the buidling. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

We bought a new vending machine for our hotel. From the first enquiry to the machine up and running my experience with Royal Vending was amazing and easy. With not much experience with vending machines the set up of the machine & the nayax card reader was easy and seamless.Would not hesitate in recommending Royal Vending if you are considering a new vending machine.
